The four idiots are back, with a bang, after In Harihar Nagar and 2 Harihar Nagar. A combination of horror and comedy In Ghost House Inn (IGHI) is a mindless entertainer.

Thomas Kutty (Asokan) buys a huge bungalow, to start a resort. The bungalow located on a serene hill station however a dreaded place with history that dates back to several decades, whit a few being murdered then. Mahadevan (Mukesh), Govindankutty (Siddique) and Appukkuttan (Jagadeesh) visit the place to prove that there isn’t any ghost wandering and the bungalow is not haunted. But things don't happen the way they would have liked.

IGHI has some nice moments that glide through the narration. Lal has succeeded in creating an ambience where you are not certain whether to believe the intriguing happenings as real or fake. The film is an engaging one, even with a rather ordinary storyline and script. Venu's camera does a good job and Alex Paul's music and background fit the storyline.IGHI lacks a credible storyline. Please leave your brains at home for the flick lack any logic. The jokes at most times are repetitive and unnatural. The characters come across as too loud at times with some out of tune comic timing. The characters come across as too loud at times with some out of tune comic timing.

The awesome foursome and their wives Rohini, Lena, Reena Basheer and Rakhi have all done justice to their parts. Jagadeesh, however, stands out with his impeccable comic timing. Nedumudi Venu and Radhika too are pretty good.Lal deserves a pat on the back for being able to add some meat to the bony script. A decent mindless entertainer that In Ghost House Inn is, one must leave their grey matter back home to enjoy the flick.
