The director Padmakumar, who is known for his very bold films like Vasthvam and Vargam , has been awaiting for dates from the superstar Mohanlal for one of the best scripts among his next  projects Shikkar.

The movie throws light entrenched bonding between the father and daughter. It will bring out some of the unseen performances and acts from the Super star through a very different character, the film which is to be scripted S. Suresh Babu , will be produced by shajil Rajagopal under the banner of Sreeraj production. .
