'Yakshi, Faithfully Yours', directorial debut of veteran film maker Suresh Unnithan's son, AbhiramSuresh Unnithan will get launched on December 4th at Trivandrum Club, Vazhuthacaud.Firsttime in Malayalam a bunch of youngsters getting geared up for the first of the kind movie, which is treated in a western exploitation style mixed with real time filming.Film is supposed to have sequences which could be mentioned as a retrospective to the classic imageries from various legendry

film makers such as Padmarajan, Bharathan and Aravindan.A bunch of new technicians and artists including Jemin Jom Ayyaneth,cinematographer who is grandson of acclaimed writer P.Ayyaneth,Karthik Jogesh, editor who worked as Sreekar Prasad's assistant,Aravind Chandrasekhar, music director,they are part of this project. Apart from going for the cliched horror concept, youngsters follows the myth of 'Nagayakshi', character inspired from Kottarathil Shankunni's 'Ithihyamala' thereby clubbing strong base of Hindu mythology and concept of fantasy.Star casting is in the final stage and shooting chartedto set off from January 15th 2012.
