
Seniors still in the lead

'Janapirayn' opens at the second position while Jayram's 'Seniors' continues on the top of the list .The top five films of the weekend are:
1. ‘Seniors’- Director vyshakha's ‘Seniors' is still reigning high with good collection reports all over. The recent releases have reduced the in flow of viewers in certain centers but the movie is rock steady in almost all urban centers. ‘seniors’, is already proclaimed as a big hit, by the trade.
2. ‘Janapriyan’- Jayasury’s new film is touted as a hilarious entertainer and opens at the charts in the second position. With plenty of comedy artists and a refreshing plot, the movie may become a success, if marketed well.
3. 'Manikyakallu'-The third weekend collection of the film is still encouraging, with more than fifty percent collections, more of family audiences, in the major centers. The movie, as per the present collections is expected to turn safe with in a steady run for another two weeks.
4.'China Town'- Mohanlal's latest film 'China Town' is in its 50 day. The movie continues to bring in viewers in around 20plus release centers, of which 10 are regular shows. The movie has got decent collections in majority of the metro stations.
5.'Urumi'-This classic saga offers a rare genre to Mollywood. As expected, this Santhosh sivan movie has stunning visuals and impressive music.
The other movies in theatres include Vinayan's ‘Reghuvintre Swantham Rasiya’, Joshi's 'Christian Brothers, and a few english movies like Fast and Furious which manage to fill the remaining of the release centers with average collections.
