Mammoottie’s new venture production & distribution company Play House to hit Tinsel Town, Siddique and Lal lighted the lamp announcing the launch of a new production and distribution company , Play House  at Taj Residency. "The name of the company itself means theatre and hence it would be for both film and drama. Opportunities would be there for new faces in film and drama," Mammootty told reporter.Sreenivasan,Lal,Mukesh,Kunchakoboban,Dileep,Shafi,B.Unnikrishnan,siddique,Rafi,Joshiy,Amal Neerad, Shyamaprasad, Akku akbar, Anto Joseph, Benny P, and many more were also present at the function.

Next projects of  Play house

The company has lined up three films for distribution and one for production in which Mammootty will play the lead, the actor informed.

Playhouse will distributed by Jayaram - starrer "Kana Kanmani" directed by Akku Akbar , M.T. Lal Jose team ”Neelathamara” and Shyamprasad’s “Rithu”. Mammoottie's  jayaraj film Loudspeaker will produce and distributed by Play House
