Versatile Malayalam actor Mohanlal enacts the comic role  in a fun film Mummy and Me directed by Jithu Joseph. The film is supposedly a hilarious entertainer which also features Sreenivasan, Jagathy Sreekumar, Sai Kumar and Siddique among others. The good news for Mohanlal is that the shooting of Roshan Andrews film, scripted by James Albert with Mohanlal in the lead role will start on October 2.

The current year will see the debut of a bunch of new comers into direction with Mohanlal films. The first one to arrive Aangel John with Jayasury, who has already made a name with  film Speed Track. The others to follow soon are Jithu Joseph, and Jaimon Ayarkunnamam with his untitled movie.
