Mammootty after presenting one of his career best hits in ‘Pokkiri Raja’ join the sets of his new film ' Pranchiyettan and the saint ' .

Directed by Renjith and featuring Innocent, Salim kumar, Priyamani, Roma and Lakshmi Rai, the movie will tell the story of a a rice merchant Francis (Pranchiyettan) hailing from Trichur, Innocent will enact the role of the saint.

Produced Renjith under the banner of Capital Productions, ‘Pranchiyettan and the saint’ will be  ramzan  release, most probably for this October..
