Mohanlal, as usual, seems to have another busy schedule all this year with a dozen of movie scripts waiting for him to get realized into good cinema. The most versatile actor of India is presently at Hyderabad shooting for the movie 'Shikar' which is directed by Padmakumar.

For this Ramzan, Lal will strive hard to bring to theatres, his movie with Major Ravi 'kandahar'. He will join the sets of this movie to be shot at the original locations, in a few days. The movie which will shortly start its shoot is planned as a ramzan offering from Mohanlal. This thriller by Major Ravi, is based on the real story of Kandahar Indian Airlines flight hijack incident which upset the nation in 1999. Once again Mohanlal will play a commando named Major Mahadevan and Bollywood super stars Amithab Bachan & Sunil Shetty doing the crucial roles in the film.
