'In Ghosthouse Inn' – Director Lal's vishu offering still maintains its audience pull, to remain in the top of the charts. The other movies that were released a couple of weeks ago, starts to attract audiences in metro cities. The top five movies of the week are:

Mohanlal-Familyman1.'In Ghosthouse Inn':The movie which was released in 75 centres, will celebrate fifty days next week, in half the number of its release theatres. The vacation audiences seem to have finalized on this comedy thriller as their favorite one. Director Lal is on cloud nine with all accolades coming his way, for this laugh riot..

Mohanlal-Familyman2. 'Pappy Appacha':This Dileep - Kavya starrer has made good opening. The movie is now moving over to become a hit status. Debutant director, Mamma's   has created a better first half with plenty of enjoyable laughs. A steamy tearjerker later half did ruin its potential, but the movie will end up a hit status due to proper marketing.

Mohanlal-Familyman3.'Janakan':This Mohanlal-Suresh Gopi flick with debutant-director Sanjeeve made an decent opening, but the total collections are not as entertaining as expected. The movie is making average business in metros with good support from vacation audiences, but in lesser known centers the first two week collections were weak.

Mohanlal-Familyman 4.
'Pramani':Director Unnikrishnan and Mammootty join hands for the first time, but the results are not much to lap up. The film took very cold opening in all centers. But the overall pacing of this family action-thriller may help it to survive for quite a few weeks..

Mohanlal-Familyman5. Happy Husbands ':'Happy Husband’ is still holding to fifth position, even after three months in theatres. The movie continues in select theatres all across Kerala, and is expected to end up as a super hit.

Kalabhavan Mani's movie 'Pulliman' - which had a delayed release is a dud from the day two. The movie won't help in any way in boosting the audience friendly image of the actor. The audiences, on the other hand seems to have once again given thumbs down sign, to the action hero image of Mani.
