Dileep is joining with debutante Mammas Chandran, an associate to Shafi and Rafi-Mecartin, for forthcoming film Pappy Appacha which is a  comedy entertainer produced by his brother Anoop under the banner of Grand productions.The movie will feature  Innocent and Dileep as father and son.Told in the backdrop of a Christian family, this humorous adventure laced with action and sentiments.The movie will kick off its shoot by the opening weeks of next month. Dileep's other porject is the one with director Kamal. Bhavana will be the heroine of Dileep in this movie which will also Tamil star Sathyaraj in an important role.

Meanwhile, Dileep is now doing the role of a journalist in the movie 'SwaLe"(Swantham Lekhakan)   directed by P. Sukumar. Scripted by Kalavoor Ravikumar, this film will be jointly produced by Madhuwarrier and P. Sukumar under the banner of Color Factory.
